Hi, I’m Vasilis, a Health Psychology MSc and certified Health Coach.With a strong foundation in Psychology and over a decade of experience working across the UK and Greece, I founded VP Health Coaching with one clear mission: to help everyday people who struggle with consistency in nutrition, fitness, and other health habits create sustainable change that lasts.I support individuals who want to feel better in their body, eat flexibly without guilt, exercise more consistently, sleep better, and manage stress more effectively. Together, we work on building health habits that align with your values, priorities, goals, and lifestyle — without extremes, rigid rules, or quick fixes.Over the years, I’ve seen how confusing and overwhelming health information can be. Many people genuinely want to take better care of themselves, yet feel stuck between extreme approaches, conflicting advice, and unrealistic expectations. This often leads to frustration, self-blame, and eventually giving up.My work focuses on helping people step away from all-or-nothing thinking and instead build a healthier relationship with their body, their habits, and their choices. I believe meaningful change comes when coaching is built around you — your values, your priorities …your real life. Rather than chasing perfection or rigid plans, the focus is on consistency and sustainability over time. Personalised health coaching on nutrition, physical activity, sleep and recovery, stress management, and everyday health habits. We work collaboratively to build a growth mindset and the skills needed to create sustainable, lasting change that aligns with your values, goals, and lifestyle — without extremes, rigid rules, or quick fixes.
Couples and Family Health Coaching
Coaching for couples or families who want to build healthier habits together. We work co-actively to help you build shared routines, practical skills, and shape a home environment that supports healthier eating, active living, better sleep, and lower stress for long-term wellbeing.This may include guidance on food shopping, meal planning and preparation, and practical strategies that make healthy choices easier to maintain on a daily basis.
Healthy Lifestyle Workshops
Interactive, educational workshops focused on improving health and wellbeing. Topics may include habit formation, stress management, sleep, nutrition, and creating supportive environments that make healthy choices easier in everyday life.These workshops are designed upon request and are suitable for small groups, organisations or teams.
Smoking Cessation
Evidence-based behavioural support to quit smoking, along with the NCSCT guidelines, with or without support aids (e.g. Nicotine Replacement Therapy, vaping). I help you find your intrinsic motivation for quitting, build confidence, create coping strategies, and make the appropriate behavioural changes to kick the habit for good. The process is supportive, non-judgemental, and adapted to your needs.

As a coach, my role is not to tell you what to do, but to support you in creating habits that align with your own values, priorities, and lifestyle — so that better health becomes something you can maintain, not something you constantly struggle with. For this reason, the minimum duration of coaching with me is 3 months.
